Health of Active muslim woman

bismillah, assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarokatuh 🙂 certainly with all my spirit to write this posting tonight.. today is the best day ever i had. Joint in an discuss with best muslimah about health of active muslim woman. At that discuss we discuss about health, how to make our body everyday feel health and have much power to through our routines everyday. Its so helps me, to know how be a great muslim woman. Tips to make our body have power every single time that is we must fill what we need. We need eat so eat some food, we need drink so please drink something.

give our body to rest when we feel tired, please never do something when you feel tired. our body have limits ability. dont forget after activities must take a bath for clean our body.. ^^
